Training DVDs --  Rentals

Thanks for your interest. The rental option is offered as a way

to view the DVDs without having to purchase them.

We hope you find this a helpful alternative.

 

Please read the information below; if you rent a DVD, you are

agreeing to these terms.

 

1) To rent, please complete the rental form, and email it back as an attachment or send it via regular mail. The rental form repeats all of the terms stated here.
 

2) Rental period is one week per DVD, starting when you receive it. For example, if you rent two, the rental period would be two weeks (i.e., both would be due back two weeks after you receive them). Note that all rentals will be sent to you using whatever shipping method you select on the rental form.  We can confirm the actual date of delivery (e.g., by the website of the United States Post Office, Fedex, or UPS). The date received is the date they list on their website as the delivery date.  

 

3) The cost of a rental is 1/3 of the DVD cost.  See the order form for current costs and please fill it out, mark "rental" on it, and send it with the rental form.

4) Rental fees are applicable to purchase.  This means that if you rent a DVD and then decide to purchase it, you need only pay the remainder (e.g., if the DVD rental was $33, and the cost for purchasing it is $100, you would pay an additional $67 to purchase it). 

5) Rental can only occur with a credit card, and if the rented item(s) is not received back by the due date, the credit card will be charged the full purchase price. Shipping it back is at your expense, and it is suggested to use trackable shipping and insurance (list the full DVD price as the value of the item in case of loss during transit). Trackable proof of shipping in advance of the due date will prevent your card from being charged (i.e., if you email the Fedex tracking number showing that you sent it in time, but Fedex had a delay, you will not be charged). If you do not use a trackable shipping method, and the DVDs are lost or delayed, your card will be charged.
